Oil type

Question : I OWN a 2001 Proton Waja 1.6 Auto.

I would like to know whether the Petronas ATF-XP can be used as an automatic transmission fluid in the Waja automatic transmission ?

Will there be any damage on the automatic transmission ?

Answer : Petronas ATF-XP is specially formulated for all transmissions that require Dexron B-type oils and since the Proton transmission is of that type, the oil is suitable.

Petronas confirms that the oil is suit- able for all Proton cars and cars that use Mitsubishi type transmissions that use a slip controlled torque convertor.
